App Store Issues

From around 5:00 p.m., September 29 (PT), the iOS version of the game is experiencing the following issues due to service interruptions over at Apple.

- Issues with sign-in for accounts linked with Game Center
- Issues with purchasing crystals

Please restart the app if you experience any of the above.

If you cannot purchase crystals even after restarting the app, please contact the App Store. You may be asked to provide a purchase confirmation email, so please check your email when contacting the App Store.

In addition, if an error occurs when purchasing crystals, it may take time for changes to be reflected. Please wait and check again later.
