  • Every card's draw rate is independent. A 1%-draw rate card won't always appear when you draw 100 cards.
  • Up to three copies of a card can be used in one deck.
  • The draw rates for individual cards are rounded to the nearest thousandth, so the total draw rates for all cards may not add up to 100%.
