The game is currently experiencing issues in which some cards and effects are not displaying correctly.
In addition, some players may experience an issue in which the game freezes while loading. This issue can be resolved by clearing your cache.
Clearing Your Cache
1. From the title screen, select Menu.
2. Tap the Clear Cache button.
3. Tap Clear.
4. Once you clear your cache, your data will automatically redownload.
If the game freeze issue persists, please try downloading the app again. To ensure your game data is preserved, we strongly recommend creating a backup of your game data before reinstalling Shadowverse. Game data that hasn’t been backed up cannot be restored once the app has been reinstalled.
