The issue with the Account Link function has been fixed. Due to this fix, the link codes issued between 11:00 p.m., June 16 and 12:30 a.m., June 17 (PT) can no longer be used.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Some people who used the Account Link function had their account linked to a different account by error. Unfortunately we were unable to restore the accounts affected by this error and have decided to suspend 521 affected accounts.
Affected users will be informed their account is currently restricted when they tap on the title screen. Please uninstall and reinstall the game if your account was affected.
We are cancelling transactions for the affected accounts.

If you own an affected account on another platform, transactions are being cancelled so you do not need to contact us.
Shadowverse is currently under maintenance to fix an issue with the Account Link function.

When you try to link your account with other services, another user’s account may be displayed.
