If you reside in any other country or region aside from those named above, unused crystals in your Shadowverse account can be transferred to a Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond account by following the procedures below.

Period for Requesting Transfer
7:00 p.m., June 30 - 7:00 p.m., September 30, 2026 (PT)
*Applications for transferring crystals that are not completed within the period above will not be processed.

Procedure for Requesting Transfer
Please follow the instructions below to request a transfer for your unused crystals.

Please note the following before you begin:
- Your Shadowverse account must first be linked to a Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond account.
- You will not be able to link accounts after the end of service for Shadowverse, so please complete account linkage procedures before the end of service.

1. Open the Shadowverse app.

2. Press the Regarding Unused Crystals button to open up the form in your browser.

3. Confirm that your user ID and the number of unused crystals in your account are accurately reflected in the form.

4. Enter your contact email address into the form before sending it.

Transfer of Crystals
Any unused crystals will be transferred to the linked Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond account, where they will be treated as unpaid crystals.

Notes:
- To facilitate account verification, all transfer applications must be made from within the Shadowverse app via the aforementioned form. Please do not uninstall the Shadowverse app until your crystals have been transferred.
- Crystal transfers will be processed from October 1, 2026 (PT), onwards, in order of application.
- If a Shadowverse account is found not to have any unused crystals, no transfer will take place.
- The right to use the Shadowverse app will be terminated upon the end of service.
