This update includes the following:

New Card Set Release

The new card set, Heroes of Shadowverse, will be officially released and playable in the Rotation and Unlimited formats! This card set will feature 106 new cards in addition to 2 leader cards and 2 alternate-art cards.

(Update) New Leader Cards

Two new leaders will be added as leader cards in Heroes of Shadowverse. Get them to obtain additional rewards!

- The Kyrzael, Killshot Enforcer leader card will come with a leader, an emblem, animated card sleeves, a flair, and a home screen background.
- The Signa, Sealed Madwolf leader card will come with a leader, an emblem, animated card sleeves, a flair, and a home screen background.

Notes about leader cards:
- The leader card of Kyrzael, Killshot Enforcer will be treated the same as the regular card version from Eightfold Abyss: Azvaldt.
- The leader card of Signa, Sealed Madwolf will be treated the same as the regular card version from Eightfold Abyss: Azvaldt.
- A normal and animated version of the leader card can be drawn from card packs. However, there is only one version of the leader, emblem, card sleeves, flair, and home screen background.
- You can only receive the leader, emblem, card sleeves, flair, and home screen background once.
- Leader cards cannot be created.
- Leader cards cannot be traded for with temporary gems.
- The normal version of a leader card can be animated using a seer's globe.

(Update) New Alternate-Art Cards

Two new alternate-art cards will be included in Heroes of Shadowverse.

- Ladica, Nature's Claws
- Tetra, Sapphire Leader

Notes about alternate-art cards:
- Alternate-art cards will be treated the same as the regular card version.
- A normal and animated version of an alternate-art card can be drawn from card packs. However, there is only one version of corresponding emblems and card sleeves.
- You can only receive corresponding emblems and card sleeves once.
- Alternate-art cards cannot be created.
- Alternate-art cards cannot be traded for with temporary gems.
- The normal version of an alternate-art card can be animated using a seer's globe.

New Story Chapters

Whispers of Purgation: Last Words chapters 1 - 9 will be added to the story mode.

New Multiplayer Stage

The battle stage from the Whispers of Purgation chapters will be added to multiplayer. The stage will also be available to be selected at random with the Stage Selection feature.

New Temporary Decks

Temporary Decks that include cards from Heroes of Shadowverse will be added. Temporary Decks from Heroes of Shadowverse will also be added to the list of decks available in Practice mode. Players can try out these Temporary Decks by selecting one on the Trial page from the Rotation deck selection screen as well.

New Temporary Cards Available

Temporary Cards that can be obtained through the temporary card trade will be updated to include legendary cards from Rebirth of Glory to Heroes of Shadowverse card sets. Leader cards and alternate-art cards are not included.

After the release of Heroes of Shadowverse, the card sets that are available when creating an Open 6 deck will be updated. The following card sets will be available in this format:

If maintenance begins after you've entered Open 6, but before you've selected a class, matches will be counted as forfeit. As recompense, 4 Challenge Tickets will be sent to your crate. You will not receive any cards or rewards.

If maintenance begins after you've entered Open 6 and selected a class, matches will be counted as forfeit and rewards based on your number of wins prior to maintenance will be sent to your crate.

Disclaimers

- The game will be inaccessible during maintenance.
- After maintenance begins, any ongoing multiplayer match will end in a tie.
- After maintenance begins, progress for any ongoing solo play matches will be lost.
- If you close the game or place the device in sleep mode from a battle screen after maintenance begins, an ongoing multiplayer match may end in a loss, and this loss cannot be reversed.
- If you close the game or place the device in sleep mode from a battle screen after maintenance begins, the game may become irresponsive. In such a case, please restart the game.
- The game may not function as intended if a private match is started after the maintenance begins. In such a case, please close the game without issuing any commands.
- Maintenance may end before or after the stated time.
- It may take longer for some players to receive the update.
- If you're not able to update the game, it may be due to the cached data on the device. Please try turning off your device, restarting it after a couple of minutes have passed, and then try again.
- Saved replay data will be deleted, and will be unable to playback after the maintenance.
- Player Tournaments that are in progress or scheduled will be canceled.
- Please be sure to also back up your game data in case your device is lost or broken.
