Theme Song Teaser - Preregistration Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Please read the rules (hereinafter: “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before participating. Your participation in this giveaway will be recognized as an agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions.


Conditions for Eligibility
- Enter the giveaway following the steps outlined in the giveaway post.
- Agree to the giveaway's Terms and Conditions, as well as Cygames, Inc.'s (hereinafter: "the company") Privacy Policy.
*Your participation in this giveaway will be recognized as agreeing to the content on this page as well as the Privacy Policy.
- If you are not an adult, you must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
*Your participation in this giveaway will be recognized as admission that you have obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Only players who reside in countries or regions where Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond will be officially playable are eligible to participate in this giveaway.

Giveaway Results
- Winners will be contacted by DM (direct message) through the official X account from late April 2025 onward to relay information on how to claim prizes. The management team may also contact winners through other means.
*Only winners will be contacted by management.
*Winners who are unable to receive a DM from the X account; or who receive a DM but fail to respond within the stipulated timeframe (this includes not following instructions on how to claim prizes); or who take actions in violation of the "Notes" section below, forfeit the right to claim any prizes.

Notes
1. Please read the following before participating in the giveaway.
- Accounts set to private will not be able to participate in the giveaway.
- By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to enter the giveaway and receive any applicable prizes. You also confirm that you are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
- Winners in certain regions must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to claim their prize.
- Winners are solely responsible for payment of any and all fees associated with participation in the giveaway, including internet and other connectivity fees, or customs clearance fees when claiming physical prizes.
- Each participant is eligible to receive only one prize.
- Prizes can only be claimed by the winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.
- Winners of the “Apple Gift Card (digital code)” and the “Google Play gift code” (hereafter: “gift codes”) must claim and redeem the prize within the specified timeframe. Those who miss the deadline will be recognized as having forfeit their right to claim or redeem the prize.
- Due to various circumstances, prizes may be changed.
- Winners of gift codes will receive an amount that is closest to what is listed in the giveaway, once the amount is converted into local currency. Therefore, there is a possibility that winners will receive an amount that is slightly different from that listed in the giveaway.
- The company reserves the sole discretion to alter, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time. The company shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any of the aforementioned changes.
- If deemed necessary, the company reserves the right to freely alter the giveaway rules in order to ensure proper management of the giveaway. All participants must adhere to the rules, and shall not make any objection whatsoever to them.

2. Participants who take the following actions or fall under the following categories are ineligible to participate in the giveaway or receive any prizes.
- Delete their account, preventing management from contacting the winner.
- Enter the giveaway using multiple accounts.
- Unfollow the official account, delete the giveaway entry repost, or change the post settings to private before prizes are received.
- Set their account to private or use a bot account.
- Fail to respond to communications sent by the management team (including failing to follow the steps to claim prizes) within the stipulated timeframe.
- The company judges the participant has engaged in unfair practices.
- The company deems any other activity by the participant to be inappropriate.

3. In the event a winner becomes ineligible for a prize, the selection of runners-up by the company is not guaranteed.

Personal Information
- The company may, for the purpose of this giveaway, collect personal information from the winners pertaining to their account (username) and email address.
- The company will use the information provided only to contact the winners regarding the delivery of prizes, respond to inquiries, and perform other giveaway-related purposes.
- The company will take necessary safe management measures to protect information from unauthorized access, tampering, leakage, etc.

Disclaimers
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the company's part with regard to this campaign and associated prizing, the company shall not assume any liability whatsoever.
- The company will not be held responsible in the event of a dispute arising between the participant and a third party during the giveaway. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes related to giveaway posts. The participant bears the sole responsibility and expense of seeking a resolution.
- The company bears no responsibility for network errors, issues that arise from computer viruses, unauthorized server access, or any other elements beyond the company's control that adversely affect the participant.

Miscellaneous
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of first instance in cases where disputes related to this giveaway arise.
