(Update) Matchmaking Issues

Some players are experiencing an issue in multiplayer modes in which matchmaking is unsuccessful and repeatedly results in timing out. We are currently looking into this matter and will keep you updated.

If you have encountered this error, please send a message to the Shadowverse Team via Contact, located on the Other screen, as well as under Menu on the Title screen.

As a token of apology, we've sent an upcoming card pack ticket to all players' crates during the period below.

Notes:
- Gifts are sent to your crate on the Home Screen
- You will not receive gifts if you do not play during a giveaway period.
- Once items appear in your crate, you have 14 days to pick them up, so don't forget to claim them in time!
