(Update) Issues with Claiming Treasure Chests

As part of our measures to address this issue, we will be reclaiming extra items claimed from chests and performing a targeted data rollback. After this, we will begin lifting the suspension on affected player accounts, going in the order of players least affected by the issue.

This process may take up to a month to resolve entirely. We will be unable to reply to inquiries about the duration.

The inventory status of affected players will be rolled back to what it was as of 3:44 a.m., Apr 4 (PT).


Some players were able to claim treasure chests for a given day multiple times during the below period:

3:44-4:33 a.m., Apr 4 (PT)

This issue has since been fixed.

In order to investigate and fix the data, the accounts of players affected by this issue have been temporarily suspended. The suspension will be lifted as soon as the investigation and data corrections are completed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

We may consider other actions including permanent suspension for accounts found to be exploiting this issue and intentionally claiming an excessive amount of rewards.

For players affected by the data rollback, the vials, cards, and other items in possession will be reset to what the inventory was at 3:44 a.m., April 3 (PT). We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
