(Update) Issues with Claiming Rewards in Grand Prix


This issue can be resolved by clearing your cache.

1. From the title screen, select Menu
2. Select Clear Cache
3. Select Clear
4. Once you clear your cache, your data will automatically redownload

We recommend using Wi-Fi connection when clearing your cache as it requires downloading a large data set.

If the issue persists, please try downloading the app again. To ensure your game data is preserved, we strongly recommend creating a backup of your game data before reinstalling Shadowverse. Game data that hasn't been backed up cannot be restored once the app has been reinstalled.

Some players are having issues with claiming the correct rewards in Grand Prix: Dawnbreak, Nightedge Rotation Cup. We're looking into this issue and will keep you updated.
