We confirmed an issue where, after the v4.6.0 update, when a player entered the game with another device linked to the same account for the first time, their ranked match win streak bonus would get reset.

The issue was resolved at 2:50 a.m., July 3 (PT).

Additionally, we have confirmed that this issue did not impact the Erika's Grand Master Speed Challenge event, and the results will be announced at 1:00 a.m., July 8 (PT), as planned. Please see the details below.

Detailed Breakdown
After the v4.6.0 update, the 10th player to reach the Grand Master rank did so at 6:50 a.m., July 1 (PT).

After investigating the players who had their win streak bonus reset and a Master Score of 2,500 and above, we have confirmed that, even after accounting for the missing win streak bonus, another player would not have reached the Grand Master rank before 6:50 a.m., July 1 (PT), as the player with the next highest Master Score would have only had a Master Score of 4,537. In order to qualify for the critical trial matches, a player must have a Master Score of 5,000.
