Action Against Fraudulent Matches

We have confirmed cases where players are engaging in fraudulent matchmaking by intentionally losing matches. Action will be taken against 15 involved accounts.

In addition, the following adjustments will be made to the Season 63 and 64 Master Score rankings:

- Accounts confirmed to have engaged in fraudulent matchmaking will be removed from the Season 63 and 64 Master Score rankings, and unaffected players will be moved up accordingly.
- Special flairs from Master Score ranking placements that are distributed to the involved accounts will be removed for seasons when the accounts were confirmed to have engaged in fraudulent matchmaking.
- Players who would have originally qualified for Master Score ranking rewards will be moved up and compensated with the correct rewards accordingly.

Due to the ranking correction, some players may temporarily have access to special flairs that do not reflect the player’s correct placement. The incorrect special flairs will be removed in the next maintenance.

When actions that violate the Terms of Service are confirmed, severe measures, such as account suspension or restriction of certain features, may be taken in accordance with Article 11 of the Terms of Service.
