Issues Following the v3.8.0/v3.8.2 Update

We confirmed the following issues after the v3.8.0/v3.8.2 update:

Network Connectivity

We confirmed an issue with network connectivity in the game after the v3.8.0/v3.8.2 update.

The issue has since been resolved, and the game can now be accessed as intended.

Matches Ending in a Draw

We confirmed an issue where certain matches would unintendedly end in a draw after the v3.8.0/v3.8.2 update.

Online matches have since been confirmed to be progressing as intended.

Draw Rates for Rotation Select Pack Not Displaying as Intended

We confirmed an issue where draw rates for the Rotation Select Pack did not display correctly between 1:30 a.m. and 2:46 a.m., June 28 (PT).

The issue has since been resolved, and draw rates will now be displayed as intended.

Error in the Treasure Trove of Rupies Missions Announcement

We confirmed that there was an error in the available standard rewards listed in the “6th Anniversary Treasure Trove of Rupies Missions” announcement.

The error has since been corrected.

Changes to Missions Not Being Reflected

We confirmed an issue where if a player had completed or replaced a mission prior to the v3.8.0/v3.8.2 update, they may receive missions tied to a specific class even after the update.

Missions tied to a specific class will no longer be given after you have completed or replaced a mission after the v3.8.0/v3.8.2 update.

As a token of apology for the aforementioned issues, 2 Roar of the Godwyrm card pack tickets will be sent to all players' crates during the period below.

Notes
- The tickets will be sent to your crate on the Home screen.
- You will not be able to claim the tickets if you did not play during the above period.
- Once the tickets appear in your crate, you have 14 days to pick them up, so be sure to claim them in time.
- You will not be able to claim the tickets if you did not clear the tutorial prior to the above period.
